Hemingford Abbots Golf Academy
The brief was to create a new purpose built Family Golf Centre near Cambridge.
The centre has a gross area of 1635sq ft – split over 2 floors. This incorporates retail space, entrance foyer, bar, restaurant, washroom facilities, conference areas, administrative offices and kitchens / storage. There is an external terrace area directly accessed from the restaurant / bar. The existing driving range has been incorporated into the scheme. SAL delivered this build on time and on budget using a JCT with Contractors Design contract.
