Halford Street, Leicester

The existing building is split into ground floor retail, with first, second and third floors being used for offices (vacant at present) there is also an archive area on the fourth floor.

The current proposal aims to refurbish and improve the façade along with the existing first, second and third floor with a new extension to the fourth floor, for office use. An interesting copper façade has been proposed and consented by Leicester City Council.
