The site currently benefits from 2 existing dwellings and a cluster of associated outbuildings – the remainder of the site consists of hard and soft landscaping – currently used for the storage of vehicles. It is the intention to demolish all the existing buildings on the site and to replace them with a similar level of built mass in the form of 5 new houses. This will effectively tidy up the site and restore the remaining unsightly rear land to gardens and orchards.
