Ian Palmer BA(Hon’s) Dip ARCH Dip PS RIBA
Ian has been a fully qualified Architect since 1997 having studied full time principally in Leicester but also in Birmingham and Los Angeles. Ian’s design and on-site job running experience includes: residential and conversion, car showrooms, industrial storage and offices, commercial offices and business parks, site infrastructure and large-scale medical centre schemes across the UK.
Lee Staniforth BA(Hon’s) Dip ARCH RIBA
Lee has worked in commercial practice since 1989, studying to qualify on a part time basis, after having gained his BA with honours from Oxford Brookes University. Completing his Part II at DeMontfort University Leicester and his professional studies at Nottingham, securing a commendation. Lee is able to offer over 19 years of commercial experience to any project having worked on large commercial and industrial projects, car showrooms, business parks, hotel sector, residential and conversion. Currently studying part time for an MA in Town and Country Planning, Lee’s main interest lies in planning and master planning.
