Staniforth Architects Ltd advised the client on maximization of site, which including the extension and refurbishment of an existing Victorian building. The site is located off New Walk in Leicester, a sensitive area location sited within a conservation area. Negotiations with the planning authority molded a brief to create a contemporary 3 storey office addition with undercroft parking and a green roof. The building will be a fore runner in sustainable architecture for the company.
